I had a wonderful stay at this cozy Airbnb in Seattle! The space was comfortable and well kept, making it easy to settle in right away. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. The location was also very convenient—most major tourist attractions were only a 15 to 20 minute drive away. Overall, a great place to stay and I definitely book again!

We really loved our stay at Luay's. The space was small, but clean, with a very comfortable bed and great shower. The bus to downtown was literally right out the door. The location was convenient to groceries, a coffee shop, bakery and good restaurants. Luay checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. A great place to stay if you plan to be out and about in Seattle. We will definitely here stay again.

Luay the host was very friendly and communicated well. He was kind enough to let us check in early, which was well appreciated since we got into town so early. Check in was easy. Had a reserved parking spot in the back. The place was pristine when we checked in- kitchen, bathroom and rooms! It was modern but homey as well. It’s also in a great location, near everything! I highly recommend Luay’s home, would love to stay again next time we visit. Just be mindful there are a lot of stairs, it’s a 3 story place. But we didn’t mind it even with our almost 2 year old.

Luay’s townhouse was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need. It was very high tech, which was fun to use and also very helpful. Luay was very responsive to all our questions and was so kind as to allow us to check in early since our flight arrived at 11am. We especially enjoyed the roof top deck for drinks at sunset. I would recommend staying at this wonderful townhouse!!

stayed here after a concert in Portland waiting to go to one here and luays place was perfect it was clean tech friendly and the rooftop view was great stores are nearby as well as parks and trails definitely recommend staying here 🙏

Luay's place was fantastic for a short Seattle trip. Beautiful condo in a quiet and very walkable area. A bus stop was also right outside making it easy to get around Seattle. Luay was also very friendly and responsive. Definitely worth the stay, would recommend.

Great place if you just need a small home base while you go out and live a life of adventure. Minimalist indeed, but clean and comfortable, and doesn't feel cramped. Bed was soft and comfy. Great communication from the host. Bodega right across the street should have lots of what you need, but you're not staying here for the view, you're getting a great place to rest and recover between fun days out and about.
